If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products you receive, please contact us at support@fursmiley.com within 90 days of receiving your order. We'll do everything possible to ensure you're happy with your experience.

 

2. Replacements

If the product arrives damaged or the incorrect item was sent, we will provide a complimentary replacement order to guarantee your satisfaction with the correct product and a great experience with us.

If you prefer not to wait for a replacement to be shipped or if a replacement is not feasible, you may request a refund instead. the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

3. Return Policy

We currently do not accept physical returns of items. If there is an issue with your order, we are committed to resolving it through replacements or refunds as described above.
